 DEACONS CONFERENCE OF RICHMOND & VICINITY, WOMEN'S AUXILIARY AND YOUTH DEPARTMENT

The Deacon Brethren are encouraged to join the Deacons Conference of Richmond and Vicinity, the annual fee is $36.00 ($36 = $21 for local conference, $5 for state convention/national convention, $10 for annual scholarship drive). See Deacon Roy Willis the Conference Representative for details. The Conference meet monthly on the Monday after the fourth Sunday at @6:45pm.

The Deaconess Sisters are encouraged to join the Auxiliary to the Deacons Conference of Richmond and Vicinity. See Sister Eugertha Minnicks for details and annual dues. The auxiliary meet monthly on the Monday after the fourth Sunday at @6:45pm.

They meet every 3rd Saturday @12noon at:

Annual Conference Scholarships:
Annually the Conference sponsors several scholarships for worthy youth from member churches. The conference raises money in three ways to fund these scholarships.
• Each conference member donates $10.00 annually to the fund.
• Each church's board/ministry donates $25.00 annually to the fund. |
